ESL CERTIFICATION:
The ESL Certification Program (with Master's option) is offered at various locations with the newest program starting at the Dixon Center in the Harrisburg, PA. The ESL Program was developed by Drs. William and Pérsida Himmele and Dr. Judy Wenrich. This program's coursework leads toward the Pennsylvania Department of Education's Program Specialist: ESL Certification. Most courses will be offered in a 3-weekend format and/or as blended or online courses. Participants must have an Instructional I Certificate in order to enroll in the program.
The summer ESL Institute counts toward the ESL certificate coursework.
